How can I make a DJ mix demo CD, starting with vinyl, two decks and a laptop?

What's the best way of making an demo mix-tape to show DJing skills? I'm using vinyl decks, but I'd like to wire it up to the laptop to save the mix. Any good software you'd recommend? Any extra hardware I need?How can I make a DJ mix demo CD, starting with vinyl, two decks and a laptop?

Then you can wire the ouput of the mixer to the input of the laptop.
